I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching personal development, leadership, and Masonic education to the fraternity.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of interacting with thousands of Masons and serving as a Master, Lodge & District Education Officer, and candidate mentor.
But my reason for creating 365aMason is much more personal.
I believe Masonry has the power to make a profound difference in a man’s life.
I’ve seen what happens when a Mason moves beyond simply knowing the ritual and begins asking:

Mike's Instructional Experience
Mike has developed the content in 365aMason over the past twenty years.
The material is designed to help Masons apply Masonic lessons to personal development and to teach lodge leaders to cultivate a lodge culture of effective leadership.
Mike is the originator and facilitator of Becoming Masonry & The Masonic Leader’s Trestle Board, personal and leadership development programs initiated by the Grand Lodge of Ohio in 2015.
Mike served on the Shriners International’s Leadership Development Team, writing and delivering leadership instruction from its inception in 2005, until he retired in 2023.
Also, he is a founding partner of two international organizations of coaches, trainers, and speakers: one founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell and another by Dr. Kary Oberbrunner.
Mike is a Past Master of New England Lodge No. 4, F&AM Worthington, Ohio, Past Potentate of Aladdin Shriners in Columbus, Ohio, a member of the York and Scottish Rite bodies, Order of Eastern Star and a senior DeMolay.

Does 365aMason Reveal Any "Masonic Secrets?"
No. The material does not include any Masonic ritual considered private or any modes of recognition. The content is appropriate for EAs, FCs, & MMs.
Is The Content AI Generated?
No.
With the exception of the Mentors tools, all of the content has been written and developed by Mike and used throughout his 20-year career providing personal improvement and leadership instruction.
